How does the AI coach work?+
The AI companion uses advanced language models to have supportive conversations. It's not a replacement for therapy, but a space for reflection and self-awareness. It detects when you express a goal and helps you define it clearly.
Is my data private?+
Yes. All your conversations, journal entries, and mood data are tied to your account and protected with row-level security. We never share your personal data with advertisers. See the Privacy page for full details.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can permanently delete all your data — including journals, moods, habits, reflections, and AI memories — from the Privacy page at any time.
How do habit loops work?+
Habits use the cue-routine-reward framework. You define the trigger (cue), the action (routine), and the benefit (reward). Log daily completions to build streaks and track your best run.
What are reflections?+
Reflections are structured check-ins with guided questions for daily, weekly, and monthly cadences. After you complete one, the AI analyses your responses and surfaces patterns over time.
How do breathing exercises help?+
The guided exercises — box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, and body scan — activate the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress and improve focus. Even 2–3 minutes makes a measurable difference.
